Britney Davis

Coach Davis brings a decade of coaching experience to Bentonville West. Her athletic career began as a collegiate volleyball player at MidAmerica Nazarene University in Kansas City, Missouri. During her time at MNU, the volleyball team achieved remarkable success, capturing three conference tournament championships, three conference regular season championships, and securing three appearances in the NAIA National Tournament. In each of these national tournament appearances, the MNU Volleyball teams finished among the top ten in the nation.

Following her successful collegiate career, Coach Davis served as a graduate assistant volleyball coach at Southern Arkansas University. After two seasons in this role, she was elevated to head coach, a position she held for three additional years. Subsequently, Coach Davis and her husband, Tad, relocated to Northwest Arkansas to start a family. From 2019 to 2023, she served as the head volleyball coach at Gravette High School, where she transformed the program into one of the top four in the state within five years.

Coach Davis has accepted the position of head volleyball coach at Bentonville West. "I am incredibly excited to join the West community," she said. "The school and community culture is inspiring, and I eagerly anticipate coaching and mentoring the young women at Bentonville West High School."

Coach Davis, her husband Tad, and their two sons, Eli and Moses, reside in Northwest Arkansas where they plan to continue raising their family.
