Coach Britney Davis enters her third season at Bentonville West with a decade of elite experience and a championship legacy. A standout middle hitter at MidAmerica Nazarene leading the Pioneers to three NAIA top-10 finishes, she transitioned to NCAA DII Southern Arkansas, swiftly earning a promotion to Head Coach. Grounded in authentic relationship-building and character development, she transformed Gravette into a powerhouse (27-4) and led the Wolverines to a 21-12 run and Class 6A State Quarterfinals. Off the court, she, her husband Tad, and their sons, Eli and Moses, love raising their family in Northwest Arkansas.
