Coach Lexi Goleman returns to her roots as an assistant coach for the Bentonville West Volleyball program, bringing her journey full circle. As a former standout Wolverine herself, Coach Goleman’s pride for West is evident in everything she does. During her high school career, she was a versatile, high-level dual-sport athlete for Bentonville West, competing at the varsity level in both soccer and volleyball, where she helped establish the competitive drive and standard of excellence that defines the school's athletic culture.
Following her successful prep career, Coach Goleman attended the University of Arkansas to pursue her passion for education. After earning her education degree, she knew she wanted to return to the community that shaped her to mentor the next generation of student-athletes. Now on the sidelines at West, she pairs her firsthand knowledge of the Wolverine athletic tradition with her professional background in education. Known for her strong relational skills and ability to connect with players, Coach Goleman is dedicated to building character and helping young women realize their full potential both on the court and in the classroom. She and her husband, Grant, live in Northwest Arkansas, where they love supporting the local community and the Wolverines.
