Aly Swoboda

Coach Aly Swoboda serves as a volunteer coach for the Bentonville West varsity program after spending four years coaching at Grimsley Junior High.

As a player, she put together an impressive career at Conway High School—where she set the program record for career kills—earning multiple All-State selections along the way. She went on to play collegiate volleyball at the University of Central Arkansas, competing for the Sugar Bears' beach volleyball team.

Coach Swoboda brings a strong mix of high-level playing experience and local coaching knowledge to the Lady Wolverine bench. Off the court, she and her husband, Hunter—who serves as a football coach for West—live in the area with their baby boy, Stetson.
