Monica Renfroe teaches math and coaches the 9th grade volleyball team at Bentonville West.
A local standout, she was a two-sport athlete at Gravette High School, earning All-State and All-Conference honors in volleyball while leading her team to a conference championship and a state tournament run. She also played basketball, earning Defensive Player of the Year honors. Following high school, she played collegiate volleyball as a middle blocker at Missouri Southern State University, where she was a multi-year MIAA Academic Honor Roll selection.
Coach Renfroe has been a staple at Bentonville West for years, helping freshman players transition into high school volleyball while building their fundamental skills on and off the court. She lives in the area with her husband, Greg, and their two sons, Dean and Brant.
