West blanks Springdale

Emma Wood didn't allow a single run as Bentonville West Wolverines Varsity defeated Springdale 10-0 on Tuesday. Wood allowed just one hit and struck out Alexis Samarin to end the game. Bentonville West Wolverines Varsity was boosted by Brittany Crowson who went 4-for-4 at the plate. Crowson singled in the first, singled in the third, singled in the fourth, and singled in the fifth. Bentonville West Wolverines Varsity scored four runs in the fourth inning. The big inning was thanks to a single by Crowson, a single by Anna Griffin, a single by Karlie Stafford, and a groundout.
