The Bentonville West 9th grade football team scrimmaged the Shiloh Christian Saints Monday night. The boys played well scoring 20 points on offense and holding the Saints scoreless in the "game" portion of the scrimmage. Jonas Higson scored two touchdowns and Hunter Coggin added another touchdown. Luke Allen threw for both TD passes to Higson. Trey Travis connected on 2/3 PATs. Josh Poyfair paced the defense and Victor Onebuyke added a interception in the 2nd quarter. Next up, West plays Fayetteville Purple September 1st at Bentonville West, 7:00 pm.
