CENTERTON — Patience has become Randy Richardson’s mantra as Bentonville West’s girls begin their inaugural season.

Richardson, a long-time assistant at Bentonville High, would love nothing more than to have the high-intensity practices that he grown accustomed to while he was with the Lady Tigers. But with no seniors on this Lady Wolverines and nobody with varsity playing experience, he’s having to change his philosophy somewhat as his young players grown into his new system.
